Dr Nevelle Henry Bower

Dr Nevelle Bower is an experienced business leader, organisational change specialist and SME adviser with extensive experience in commercial leadership, manufacturing, fulfilment, product management and business transformation.

He served as CEO of a three-company group operating across three UK sites, with responsibility for approximately 100 staff, budgets, operations and full P&L. Earlier in his career, he held senior positions in major global corporations involved in the manufacturing of photographic and digital imaging media.

Nevelle has a PhD in Organisational Change and a Master’s in Management from Hult Ashridge International Business School, together with a First-Class BA in Economics. He combines practical executive experience with a deep academic understanding of how organisations change.

Through Transitive Advisory, he helps SME owners and leadership teams convert strategy into action by clarifying vision, building structure, improving accountability, supporting due-diligence readiness and preparing businesses for growth or sale.
